The Authentic Journey | Multi-Tasker Info

Everything is Energy! We are all Energy… Vibration! As such, through balancing, clearing and elevating our own vibration/energy field we have the opportunity to release any energy that has been stuck or stagnant for years. With that release, healing and transformation can and does occur. Particularly in this day and age of the constant need to “multi-task”, our energy can become scattered and our ability to make decisions, impaired; leaving us to feel drained, confused and overwhelmed. This is why for the quality of our lives, it becomes imperative to take time from our hectic schedules to re-group, “call our energy back to us” and be able to differentiate between the energy which truly belongs to us and that which we’ve “taken on” from somebody or something else (thoughts, beliefs, feelings, programming). Within these audio CD’s are tools to assist you with this process.

These are audio recordings of live tele-classes I’ve had the privilege of teaching. The value inherent in these tele-classes is the opportunity to benefit from participants’ questions, observations and insights… and oftentimes hear more information than you would if listening to a studio recording because of the “spontaneous”, light-hearted and informal nature of the interactions.

These audio classes are designed to be listened to in sequential order… initially. After that, I encourage you to go back and listen to the individual CD’s for review and/or and a “tune up”. The first two CD’s cover some basic techniques of energy balancing and release; skills I recommend you practice while listening to the other CD’s to accelerate and facilitate your healing process. The remaining CD’s are an exploration of each individual chakra (energy center), starting with the 1st chakra and culminating with the 7th chakra.

Each CD will lead you on a guided visualization of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues specific to each chakra. I will be asking questions designed to “bring up the issues” and hidden memories specific to each chakra. As these “issues” surface, you will have an opportunity to release them energetically, by dissolving the “pictures” as they come up; “running energy” and using the energy balancing and release techniques discussed in the first two classes.

This is an extremely powerful and transformational process: an opportunity to release patterns on an energetic level! I have witnessed remarkable healing and transformation in those who have used these techniques. I, myself, being one of them!!
